I wonder how many people had to have medical assistance because of those can openers?

Anyone remember those can openers that fitted on the wall.  I seem to remember the name Swingaway, but not sure if that's right.  They were great.  Wonder if you can still get them?

I've never seen one of those before Gert, looks good if you have a place to put it.  Turning that handle would be so much easier than turning the one on mine.  Is anyone still using one of these?

I looked for one at Kmart and couldn't find it. Thought it would be good for mum too who has dreadful arthritis.

I have been married for over 30 years and have only ever had Kenwood electric can openers - my first one lasted abut 25 years and i am now on my second - I would not have any other one - it never gets put away and is always ready for use.
