GF we used to hatch chickens in class. We always found it hard to find homes for the babies. I loved them as chickens though.

Luka is very handsome. Lovely colouring.

Mandy, Ive only just caught up in this thread. So sorry to hear that your DH's sheep dog had to be put down.

Our sheep dog, Rambo has been through the wars and we've spent around $8K on him!! Can't believe that when we actually add it up.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

A beautiful border collie pup chased my two dogs as i went for a walk with them and she followed us home, she had no collar or tag and it was a near a busy road.  My DD then went round the streets with the dog until she found the house where the owner lives. The girl who answered the door told my DD that her house mate who owns the dog lets her play outside and they have already seen her alost  being hit by a car, they didnt even know or care that the dog was missing! it upset my DD as she assumed that such a beautiful puppy would be loved and cared for!!
