It almost makes you want to knock on their door with an offer to buy the puppy!! That's a very sad story... Lets hope the owner wakes up and gets a better understanding of the love and care the dog needs..

...being home from work has a great advantage, Daks - our quaker parrot who was introduced to the forum mid Feb. - follows me about like a puppy including thinking that he knows how to participate in forum activities - he is besotted by the computer. He is beginning to talk but most is gabbling xx

Apparently so - these clips on the breeders page (scroll down page)  are certainly testament to their ability to talk, but I had never even heard of them before the surprise arrival organised by DD and DH
