Very cute GHM :D

When I bought him he really didn't have any idea what to do other than look pretty, so I had to teach him to be a "real" horse. I ate a fair amount of dirt, got sand in my knickers and had plenty of bruises, but we now love each other to bits!

How long did it take you to teach him Nikki? It sounds like hard work :)

GHM. They are gorgeous, I will have to try and post a picture of my Rosie (Greyhound) I got her for free, but she has cost me nearly $4000 in vet fees, she is clumsy or something she has run into numerous things and ripped herself open.  She is recovering at the moment , three lots of stitches and extensive bruising to her chest $800 later, luckily no permanent  damage.

Jeremy, your babies are adorable! What are their names?

We all must love our pets to spend so much on them. We have 2 dogs, a staffie who has cost us thousands with his mis-adventures (eating rat bait, echidna quills lodges in his gums - he nearly didn't survive that one as I was tempted to do him in myself - ate the 'pointy end' of a dugite - which FYI doesn't have secondary poisoning for dogs - and being severley constipated  :-)) ) The other dog is a bitsa/kelpie/??? and she has had one vet bill in her life (other than the usual yearly check ups) and that was a claw had to be removed.
The horses...lets keep that one quiet, what hubby doesn't know doesn't hurt!  ;D

Love everyones pooches.

Amy, we are a work in progress and will be until one of us pops our clogs/horse shoes. I'm hoping I can still swing a leg over for a good few years yet. I have enlisted the help of a trainer who loves Pip as well, he'd buy him off me in a heartbeat - if I let him! So if I rode a few times a week then we'd be far better than what we are, but life gets in the way and it is taking me a lot longer to do it all.

Gotta go - the cheeky Pip has just come onto the back verandah and is wedged up against the back door getting cool from the aircon, best go before he rubs the door to bits...makes a good scratching post for his itchy bottom!

The photo of Cassie was taken last year with her christmas gifts from a girl at work.

Stef, Luka is looking very grown up now.  So regal looking, well as regal as you can look with reindeer ears !   He's so beautiful.
