Fillet steak poached in the TMX basket served with Béarnaise sauce with prawns, stir fried cabbage & carrot and a jacket potato.

I knew I shouldn't have looked at this thread - it is sheer torture - I'm on day 1 of my 2 day fast on the 5:2 diet.  I actually had one apple and a spoon of CoYo yoghurt for lunch.  Looking forward to something a bit tastier and more substantial for dinner. 

I'm just off to the fridge to fantasise now!

Using the leftover beef stock and some of the steak from yesterday's lunch and having a clean out of the crisper this is my lunch for a few days - beef soup with barley.

Yesterday I made Quirky Jo's Quick egg curry with quiona and it was yum, my 15 month old daughter loved it as well and its the first time I have cooked quiona with success, soaking it in apple cider vinegar for 1 hour so worked for me.
