We had some pizza buns. I used herbs from my garden,chives basil and oregano, sundried tomato, cheese and garlic oil in with the flour. Cheese on top. Everyone thought they were good but i think more herbs required.
Really nice to be baking bread again, have done the last 2 days, forgot how quick and fullfiling it is. Not o mention a lovely smelling house.

Bzb, i have no idea, just until double. I feel like i am always on the run, just keep looking in. The main reaon i dont post recipes very often is i tend to be a messer and not record little details like how long.  This is also why my product isnt as sophisticated as yours BZB.
Have made cheesymite scrolls this morning and for our little fellow nutella scrolls.  He wouldn't even try my buns yesterday.
