Today's lunch was creamy mustard pork medallions (Hally sent me the recipe, thanks Hally) with vegies steamed in the varoma.  Used 1/2 a pork fillet and will take a small meal around to Mum.  Probably use the other 1/2 for a snitzel tomorrow.

That looks great Judy. I had a turkey pie made with left over Christmas turkey, mushrooms, corn and peas - it was really nice and I could probably eat a second.

We had the in-laws over for a BBQ today.

I found a really quick Nigella recipe for a fruit tart which I made for desert. It's just a cheesecake base, cream cheese and lemon curd whipped together then topped with fruit. Very easy as I had a jar of lemon curd already made and in the fridge. Everyone enjoyed it.

Roasted pumpkin, feta and caramelised onion tart with salad. Convincing my MIL daily why she needs a TMX!
