Nice 'plating up' at that restaurant Gert.  Modern but not messy.  Were both plates yours?

Mine was the roast vegetables with Haloumi and Dh the salmon with the poached egg. Both beautifully cooked.

After my morning in the garden I was starving so at 11.30 I made myself tomato, cheese and lettuce sandwiches.   The tea lady at the nursing home has just given me a cup of coffee and a little tea cake.

Steak, warm potato, sundried tomato and olive salad, broccoli with a tiny grilled Roma tomato for colour and one single mushroom as I am saving the others for breakfast tomorrow .
