I only seem to eat lunch and skip breakfast. Today was a lamb, salad and tzatziki wrap, a nay nay scone (how great are they!) and a cup of tea.

I had SC Sweet Aromatic Chicken and fried rice but the camera went flat before I could take a picture of my plate.  I have another one plated up for tomorrow so will post it then and the recipe will come later too.

I made some of katiej's Crusty Chilli & Cheese bread and then made a sandwich with it using mortadella, cheese, olives, sundried tomatoes, avocado toasted in the AF...so delicious!

I slowcooked all the 'junky' bits off a lamb and got enough meat for the 6 of us.  :)
had it with roast and steamed veg.
...was meant to be for dinner but was ready at lunch time so we had it then.  :)
:D

Todays meal from the freezer was a pork & apple pie heated in the a/f with some potato gems.  Followed that up with small bowl of the soup I've just made,  to make sure it tasted OK before taking some around to Mum.
