But we had a varoma demo so I didnt cook it. Also had chicken veloute, steamed buns, beetroot salad, sundried tomato dip, choc orange custard and sorbet.

I had chicken mignons with spinach, roasted potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, zucchini muffins and damper (was giving my caterer friend a hand, and we got to eat the leftovers as well as bring some home, so my dinner will be the same thing too... )
choc ripple cake and peaches for dessert. 
Anzac bikkies for afternoon tea, so got to bring some of them home too....

Soup, a grain roll and a piece of rockmelon.  Then I heard the ice-cream van in the street and yes, I succumbed to a carton of choc coated ice-creams

Salmon sushi, smoked capsicum frittata, beetroot salad and chilli and cheese bread. (leftovers)

what we call 'luncheon egg luncheons'    for lunch today
Is devon in a tea cup, crack an egg into it, pop yolk, put another slice of devon on top then microwaved til egg is cooked - I did 2 @ a time, for 2min10sec.

That sounds interesting Astarra. I can't remember the last time I bought devon - probably when the kids were little.

I don't buy it myself - the FIL apparently accidentally got it when he was meant to get ham, so MIL gave it to us, and I remembered this way that mum used to cook it for us. The girls loved them

My children loved devon and tomato sauce sandwiches - I did give in and let them have an occasional devon sanger.
