The menu from Richmond Larder' website has this : Freekeh salad , toasted slivered almonds, shredded carrot & beetroot, Goji berries, spring onion, green beans & rocket served with a pomegranate molasses dressing

Looks like this is what you had, must have been delicious. I love crunchy bits in salads and the pomegranate molasses would have given a sweet/sour touch

Snapper fillets in Panko crumbs,  2 second salad, potato pancakes.
Cookie,  we have often been to this restaurant. Always have something nice.  Usually finish off with a cheese platter.  Like the look of this salad.

DD and I had fruit salad and yoghurt from the DJ's food hall today. It was so nice to have something simple and very light. Lucky I am doing lots of walking as we are certainly eating well. We actually had morning tea at Koko Black so needed a very light lunch.  ;)
