I had a home made hamburger with the lot today for lunch on one of my wholegrain rolls - delicious.

Cauli & leek soup - Chookie sent me the recipe yesterday and it made a quick, light lunch for me today.  Thanks Chookie  :-*

Not a lot of cooking happening here but I have been enjoying the beetroot, carrot and green apple salad. Today i mixed through some tuna and chilli. I did an order through The local Grocer , a seasonal veggie box.  It is beautiful so fresh and delicious.  Getting another on Friday.

Last nights leftover tuna and sweetcorn sauce on  julienned courgette (instead of pasta) as I don't have a spiraliser.
Raspberries for after.

It's a great raspberry summer this year!

We'll I got a large basket for £5 sold for jam
But they were good enough to eat, so made some jam, and eaten most!

Went and got another basket and put in freezer!

Might see if can get another £5 basket for eating... Per punnet they are expensive £2.29 per small punnet.

Pizzas on my first trial of home made English muffins (obviously didn't bake them hot enough, but they worked fine as pizza bases!) 8)
