Thanks Amy, it was a beautiful cut of meat which has been in the freezer for months.

A nice meal deserves to be served with a chilled Moscato CP

Yum looks good Judy. Nice presentation too. Can't go wrong with a roast, we're having one this week.

I was lucky enough today to have a yummy chicken, camembert and baby spinach foccacia in the delightful company of Katiej - wonderful to finally meet another forum member in person!

And with the added bonus of now having a new "pet" to care for - a jar of Chookies sourdough starter, come to me via Judy, then via Katie. How exciting to have some starter with such an auspicious pedigree

We did have a lovely lunch and catch up. It was nice to finally meet Karen.
A pity we had to come back to work, we could have chatted for ages.
Karen was kind enough to pass onto me some rye starter that originated in WA.
The girls at my work think we are part of some secret sourdough starter swapping society
