Miss 6 is so sweet Astarra... but it was still her lunch, and she needs to eat just like every other kid. Do you think she might know who it was but isn't saying because she doesn't want to get them in trouble?

I just asked her if she knew who it was, she said "no ... well it might have been ... or ... or ... or ..., but I don't know." I said "why do you think it might have been one of them?" She said "cuz they are the ones who alway want my lunch."  I said "oh, OK so you are sure you don't know?"  Answer.... :o .... "well I think it was probly ... cuz he had a container with my name on it."  :o :o :o :o  "Ummmm well that kinda explains who it was then, don't you think?"  her - "well no, cuz he might have just wroten my name on a container the same as mine."  :-)) :-)) :-)) Then she clammed up... so as not to get anyone in trouble.  :-)) :P

So sorry to, read this Astarra,

Hope you get it sorted. School should be shocked, and do something about it.

Hope DD6 keeps hold of lunch from now on.
Hope you can find some more containers. What a pain.

School is not easy for some.

Astarra that's awful and to take the container as well, hopefully the mum of the child will notice that it isn't their container and say something to you xx

If you talk to the boy's parents maybe they can find them and give them back to you? They did have Miss6's name on them... but then you would think they would have approached you if they had found your daughter's containers in their son's school bag?

This must be so frustrating for you astarra >:(

Unfortunately some parents haven't got a clue Amy, my DS lost his wet weather school jacket which cost a small fortune  and it's never been returned even with his name on it, pretty sure you would notice a new container or piece of clothing  with a different child's name on it though

That must have been upsetting for both you and DS suzannne :(

I suppose these are the little frustrations of school, aren't they?

Yeah the joys of being a parent I guess but I always think what sort of adults are these kids going to turn into if their parents aren't honest enough to return something that obviously isn't theirs anyway I'll get of my soapbox now sorry  :-[

Agree 100% Suzanne, I know I'd sort it out straight away if she brought home something that wasn't hers.
Will be *interesting*  in a few minutes when DH gets home and hears about it..... :-))

I had my daughters school jumper Taken last year. Had to buy another one for $40.

I Found it 15 months later near  another kids bag, with her name on it. I took it home straight away.

You know I think some parents dont even go through the school bag daily.

If I found anything with another childs name on.... There would  be questions.......  Los of them....
