avacado on toast, although I do have peanut butter here too.

Brought extra bread, and fruit, biscuits, healthy snacks  in today for the kids.

DD and GD's coming unexpectedly for lunch and not much in the fridge so I made an egg & bacon quiche and Amy's Chocolate Brownies as well as fresh bread.

I made my soup: Curried Salmon, Zucchini and Mushroom. Absolutely delicious!! I wish it would hurry up and cool down so I can eat more ;D ;D

Was going to skip lunch as we are out with friends tonight (Thai), but made cheese and tomato scrolls and apple sultana scrolls and fell to the temptation and then thought what the heck and had a piece of frozen tan slice that I THOUGHT would be safe bring frozen but it tastes really good straight out of the freezer :) in my defense I did four hours child minding for my youngest GD so expended a bit of energy dancing to Hi 5 with her.....

Not a very healthy lunch Obbie.

I had left over Beef and Guinness stew. It was just as good the second time as the first.
