I  don't know what I have for lunch today. I took something ou of the freezer and dropped it i my lunch box. It could be anything from soup to African quinoa stew. I will find out at lunchtime when it has defrosted.

Study day at home for me today so I cooked bacon and eggs.  Much more exciting than the usual toasted ham and cheese sandwich!

Today for lunch i am going to mix tomato, onion, eggplant and zucchini in thermie and cook it with a bit of garlic and curry powder and steam some cabbage in the basket then mix it together.
