A friend gave us a roast beef dinner today at lunch time, with the works!!
DH forgot to pick up the dessert she had sitting there for us too tho... :-\

Thank you! It was dead easy!

Cooked spaghetti on stovetop, tossed 3 cloves of garlic into the Thermie, chopped, then oil, saute at varoma, then just tossed sliced mushrooms (didn't measure, just what I had in the fridge, a blob of vege stock paste, then cooked for a bit at 100 C and reverse then popped shopped sundried tomatoes at the end and voila! Poured the whole thing over a heap of baby spinach, mixed it with cooked spaghetti then sprinkled parmesan! Too easy and was a hit with DH.

As I was washing up I was wishing I had bought my Thermie years ago...
