Freeze them DJ, they can then see you have cooked and tried them.  I've seen them here at Foodland but have never bought them.  The lady who demonstrates different foods around there told me she buys them when they have been reduced and that they are really nice.

Thanks Katie, I know how you feel - as soon as I read Cookie's recipe last night I knew that was going to be my next meal.  Best meal I've had since my Christmas lunch and the ribs at DD's on Sunday.

Wholemeal spag with eggplant tomato sauce and spinach. Didn't roast the eggplants as instructed but it was still delish.

Looks very healthy Thermilove!

We had pizza again yesterday. I just love the Pizza Maker, until it cut me deeply when I put it away in the cupboard. Beware! There is a very sharp piece of metal near the handle of the stone. Got a very deep cut on the inside of my little finger to prove it...
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

MJ, ouch! I would be covering it with something if I were you :-\

Mum texted me and said she and SD were having "wfaps" from the cafe down the road, so no need for me to cook them any lunch :) I think she meant wraps though :-))
