Hawaiian sandwiches were my favourite at high school. Yummy.
Not much lunch just finger food at a wake.

Tough day yesterday but all good today.
Clean out the fridge day. Leftover rolls, salad, dip, etc for lunch.

DD is coming to pick up the children today and it is also her birthday so she has requested tuna mornay with salad and fresh bread rolls.  Pavlova for dessert.

Put the Healthy 'roast' chicken from Devil of a Cookbook on this morning then rang Mum and invited her around to share it with us. Decided to use up some Thai curry sauce I had in the freezer so only served the chicken with steamed vegies instead of roasted ones.  Mum thought the meal was delicious, she is easily pleased though.  She couldn't get over how moist and tender the chicken was being steamed.

That looks great Judy - I have now put it on my menu for sometime next week!!!  :D

We had salad, hard boiled eggs, fresh buns and Coctail franks here. (Oh and tomato sauce... :-)) )
