I wonder if we emailed Tenina and asked really nicely if she would grant us all an extension until Monday.   Just this once . . . . . .

Thanks Thermomixer - I was hoping that you would volunteer.  I've just tipped half a tray of unset salted caramel maply icecream into my full chest freezer, so I'm not in the right frame of mind to do much today!!!  :'(

THANKS TENINA - get recipes in by Monday AT THE LATEST !!!!!

quote from Tenina

" Yes, Monday works for me!! I have been snowed under as usual, and guess what??  Coming to be at Nicos!! YAY.

Leaving next Thursday for Sydney Gluten Free, and then on to Melb…so Monday really is the last possibility! "

So, get mixing and send those recipes in - bit like Masterchef - you have 2 extra days - jump to it!!!

Well, the recipes are posted for this month and Cheslea Duncan (guess that would be our Groupie) has a recipe for a Citrus Marscapone Flan.

So, please support the Thermomix in Australia blog and Chelea - cook her flan

Well done Chelsea & Thermomixer (again).  Beetroot and chocolate - how many of us would have tasted that combination.  What you get up to when you have some spare time - I'd just like to know how you find so much spare time ??? ??? ??? ???
Both recipes look great - good luck to both of you.
