Thanks Thermomixer - I was hoping that you would volunteer.  I've just tipped half a tray of unset salted caramel maply icecream into my full chest freezer, so I'm not in the right frame of mind to do much today!!!

Well, the recipes are posted for this month and Cheslea Duncan (guess that would be our Groupie) has a recipe for a Citrus Marscapone Flan.

Well done Chelsea & Thermomixer (again).  Beetroot and chocolate - how many of us would have tasted that combination.  What you get up to when you have some spare time - I'd just like to know how you find so much spare time

Beetroot and chocolate cakes are common ?, wel maybe not that common, but it wasn't my idea - just stole it.
