saw the floating chrystal Louis Vutton Shop from the sky park. Later went in it, saw a lovely wallet, but dh saw the price & that was the end of my dream :)

Hally, after having a fake LV wallet for 6 years and absolutely loving the style, I bought the real thing from LV Sydney 3 weeks ago.  Am so rapt!  :D

Try Mustafa in Little India (Farrer Park MRT), you'll find items you never even dreamed existed! It's a pretty chaotic place though. I usually go very early in the morning (7 am on Sundays is a good option) to avoid the crowd. Good luck!
(It's open 24/7)

Working on dh with the wallet, might be next trip :) DH says if I stick to my food budget we will be back here in no time ;D ;D ;D
The wallet I liked is a spcial limited edition, so prob wont be arou d next time, but there will be another one for sure.

Drama at Vivocity, queuing for a cab, very busy, we then hear womens screeching, 2 women pulled out of a cab, screaming like banchees, first thought oh no having a fit, 2 nd thought omg they have a gun. 2 secuirty men have fhem on the ground, yelling dont move, all sorts being yelled really loudly, lots of wrestling  going on. More security come, say run boys run, they run after the taxi the women had been in. The other security guards have the 2 women standing holding them by the scruff of their necks, lts more guards come surround them. Lots of drama, guards get women in alcove, bags searched, turns out they were shoplifting, police come & take them away. My heart was pounding, it was full on action, highlight of ds day!!!,LOL

Fantastic evening at indochine, food really good, yes MF at Empress Place, best to book for a good alfresco table, it was very busy. We rhen hopped on the river cruise to see the laser show from Marina Sands.

Sun is shining atm, looking forward to a relaxing day.

Lemongrass, thank you. What do they sell there? At that time n the morning, I can grab a cab & leave the boys in bed. Just googled it its abig shopping centre, thank you :)

MF have a great trip to Melb.

H :)

Poor ds Hally, obviously shopping is not his scene and a bit of excitement on the streets is more to his liking.  Bet that gets a mention in class.  :D   Can't wait to see what you buy at Mustafa.

What a drama Hally but glad it was only shoplifters.
Glad you enjoyed Indochine Empress we will definitely go there and book in advance for alfresco.
I have been to Mustapha and it's a big store. Sunday not a good day as little India always packed with the Indian construction workers as its their day off and for some reason get their mail from home there  on sundays  ???B Possibly ok very early morning as suggested by Lemongrass.  Honestly I wouldn't go alone but again maybe early morning would be ok.
Hope you having a great day at Sentosa. Where dinner tonight?
We arrived safely in Melbourne and in hotel now. DD and GD going to footy Freo & Geelong.
I have a nice NZ Sauvignon Blanc, my iPad, kindle and peace and quiet. Lol x
GD arriving tomorrow with her Head chef and another young chef who is mentoring her. She is very nervous but the experience will do her good. We are proud she got this far and not concerned about the outcome.
Home Thursday, Singapore Saturday  :o
Maybe an LV wallet for you next time

Thanks Gert,
I agree and even if she comes last the experience will be great for her. She is a very shy girl and hates the spotlight.
Will keep you posted.  :)

Dinner tonight, surprise, asked concierge to book something nice alfresco, will ring in a few mins.

Yes JD, i can see ds having news headlines at school, he will make it very entertaining, lol.

MF, which hotel  are you in in Melb, we stayed at The Westin in Dec for new year, very pricey. I would be happy with peace too :)
Hope she does well.

We are in Crown Promenade near the casino. Direct access by covered walkway.
Stayed here in October for a wedding and liked the location.
Enjoying the peace and quiet as it is a rarity in my life with such a big family.
GD staying in Mercure with all other finalists. Just here to support her as her first time away without any of us.
I love surprises so hope dinner will be good. Let me know as we always like trying somewhere new.
What time your flight home 2moro? It's just flown by.
Enjoy your last night  :D

That is outrageous. Do you not have 3G on your iPads or phones?

It is outrageous Gert a total rip off!!!
We all have 3G  on phones but no sim on my ipad. I will use my iPad a lot so don't mind paying for 1 device. Need it for business.
DD will use 3G on her phone and can use my iPad if she wants. GD just plays games so no problem there.
They must make a fortune out of it!
