Amy just checked out the banana smoothie looks great don't know how I missed it. If I wanted to do it cold would the oats be ok, or would they need to be cooked?

The oats would be fine Yvette, I sometimes have it cold too. Just make sure you grind them quite fine so the milk can soak into them easily and they don't stay hard and lumpy
