The lemons are on.  5 trays I used about 12 lemons, the last four I just used the zest. Hoping for a concentrated flavoured powder.

Had oven on for over 12hours on 50 degrees. Almost nothing is dry - at least it's not burnt. Have upped the temp to 100 and see how it goes.

I have sliced some seville oranges and put in the dehydrator.  I don't know how they will go, probably be too bitter but we will see.

It hasn't worked. Some are burnt and some are still moist. Must've stuffed it up cos I didn't do a single layer????

Hi Kim,  good to hear from you.  Are you with us ?

CP, even in a dehydrator ,  single layer essential.

Sorry yours did not work CP.
The seville oranges are finished and dusted.  Haven't worked out yet what I will use it in.  Very sharp flavour.
