We have the black one too and absolutely looooveee it. Chookie, we've made Teninas Naan bread directly on the stone, using the recipe below, but you just need to keep your eye on it as it puffs up a bit and can touch the elements but we just poke a whole in it with a knife and it flattens down again.
Our neighbour is Indian and she said it was the best she's tasted so I think that's a pretty good testimonial if you ask me. She asked me for the recipe lol

Chookie you are doing a great job on behalf of all those who have one of these machines. As you get things down pat you must start a new thread and post all these recipes so that we can print out our own recipe book for the pizza maker. We will love you even more than we love you now

Blush, Blush. You are all TOO kind. I really do enjoy pushing these gadgets to their limit. The TMX makes it easy.
There is already a lot of info out there on the Forum, It just needs pulling together. Deb , thanks for the reminder about Tenina's recipe. That now makes at least 3 good base recipes.
ElleG has had a played around, and has some good ideas and CP really got me going with her Pizza parties.
How about a thread with these headings , bases, fillings and other uses.? Any suggestions. ?

Chookie, great work
the cake and Naan bread look really good. I'll have to work out how to post photos.
I think a thread for toppings, base and other use for the pizza oven is a great idea. The TM and pizza oven go so well togehter and there is alot of owners - now
For those of us who eat GF, the piza oven makes us to allow treats, that we normally miss out on. The last Pizza capers pizza I had was so ordinary, I hadn't bothered with a commerical one since. I've had my pizza oven for about a month and am so pleased with it.
Friday night has become pizza night

Chookie that naan looks just amazing.
Bugger the clay tandoor oven - these look as though they'll pass the test!
