Racking my brains I think I got mine from Matchbox. I wouldn't pay that much if you can get the same elsewhere cheaper. Can possibly try also Home. They are pretty common, and I think chookie is getting hers from DJ's

Kitchen warehouse used to have them if you are in WA. A removable stone is a MUST.

Bought the black one from DJ's ,  on sale for $139.
Cooked Pizza for tea.  Fab considering first effort.  No problem getting base and top exactly right.   No problems getting a very tasty result without piling it too high.
I used CP and ElleG  idea of using baking paper under the pizza.  What really impressed me was that the edges browned and bubbled.
The only problem I had was with the red light.  I initially couldn't tell if the light was on or off.  Worked it out easily.
Think the deep dish is going to be worth having.
I used the thin and crispy dough recipe of the Forum.  Made 2 very large pizzas but we could only eat one.  Will try reheating left overs tomorrow.
What we can buy here are pizzas , uncooked and frozen.  They have very basic toppings and cost between $6/8.  They are vacuum sealed.  Think i will make some to have on hand.
Have Theo's book and read right through it at breakfast.  He says to use cold water when mixing the dough. I think you would have to let it sit for a while.
Only difficulty  will be where to put it.  It sits up off the bench,  so is a bit difficult to put in my cupboard.
Will keep you posted.
