Chookie, I have cooked Quirky Jo's fruit pizza in it a few times.. Sorry, can't do link ups. The fruit pizza is a flat type of cake. To my memory it tasted like Macka's hot cakes. The recipe uses 6 eggs, I use 3 eggs and 3 chia replacements and used gf flour.. The fruit part of the recipe is the topping.
We really enjoyed it, as did the vistors. Can highly recommend.

Thanks ElleG. I looked at Jo's recipe when you mentioned it before. I will give it a go, but I thought it looked a bit 'eggy'.

Chookie, as I have never cooked it with the 6 eggs, it doesn't taste eggy at all. I cooked it for 5 mins in a preheated pizza oven. Last time accidently used SR flour. So I can report its nice either with plan flour or SR flour.
Served it with yogurt that had been strained and was like a cream and berries. Yum

Chookie I'm sure you will come up with a few different ways to use that deep dish from the pizza maker - anyone made an omelette or frittata in it?

Courton's Grape Pickers Foccacia should go well in the pizza machine as well. I'm sorely tempted to buy the machine just to make her foccacia!

Chookie the bacon and tomato looks wonderful! What is the liner that you are using in the deep dish? Is it one of the resuable ones?
Am seriously giving consideration to this pizza maker ..... Does anyone know if you could cook naan bread in it?
