some dehydrators cost $200

i would like to dry some tomatoes this summer

Ok, did some banana & apple this arvo. Took 5 hrs to dry these. DD who is 2.5 LOVES them!

One of my favourites is thinly sliced Courgettes (or do you call them Zukini in your patch.)  They are absolutely lovely.and the best "crisps" (or do you call them chips over there) I am making a big batch for Christmas.  You need to buy the smaller thin ones as you don't want the pips which can become bitter.
