Kezza, any chance of posting the Bill Granger recipe please, I really like his recipes.  I have a couple of his books but it's not in either of them.  :)

Don't worry Kezza, I think I'll buy the book as I've had a look inside on-line and like what I see.  ;D

I have made Lamb Kofta Meatballs in Curry Sauce twice now from Bill Grainger's 'Easy' cookbook (page 109).  Really lovely and thermie does a great job on the herbs, garlic, onion etc, as well as the breadcrumbs.  Once I either make one recipe twice, or make a couple of recipes, my cookbook purchase is justified ;)

Agree with you totally, lol ;D

For anyone wanting to try any of Jamie's 15 min meals first before buying the book, there are a few recipes here:

Had a look at your link Julie - nothing I saw there would encourage me to buy his 15 minute book.   If all recipe books had this information, it would certainly help make that decision as I'm sure they put the best recipes up to encourage buying the book.   Have never been that keen on his recipes but that's probably just me.

Judy I always check on amazon.com when wanting to look inside a book.  They don't always have the one you are after, but I always check first.  :)

Thanks Julie, I usually buy from The Book Depository so will check over at Amazon in future to see if I can find out a bit more about the book.  I've been ordering books for everyone these past few days - good fun but time consuming searching for suitable titles.
