I have made Lamb Kofta Meatballs in Curry Sauce twice now from Bill Grainger's 'Easy' cookbook (page 109). Really lovely and thermie does a great job on the herbs, garlic, onion etc, as well as the breadcrumbs. Once I either make one recipe twice, or make a couple of recipes, my cookbook purchase is justified
Had a look at your link Julie - nothing I saw there would encourage me to buy his 15 minute book. If all recipe books had this information, it would certainly help make that decision as I'm sure they put the best recipes up to encourage buying the book. Have never been that keen on his recipes but that's probably just me.
