Good work DJ
It was raining here today so I didn't go out, but I am going to go and step up and down on the step in the games room. I will try for 100 steps up and down, and then some squats and lunges. I may also try some chin ups on the door

I didn't dog walk this afternoon, DH did, as I had a dental appointment.

DJ have you tried pressing your pressure points in the bottom of your skull.
Gets rid of head aches fast

Back of the head?
It is not just a headache, also a woozy, slightly sick feeling. It's like concussion, but I haven't hit my head.
Will try TMJ and Thai spider before sleep tonight.

It'll be fine. I have always had very low blood pressure. Low cholesterol and I don't drink.
Am sure it's a low grade bug, just taking its time. I still have the slightly swollen glands to go with it.
