Slowly Easing into it.

Finally got around to ordering my TMX and it was delivered Tuesday last week. With all sorts of usual chaos I didn't open it until the weekend.
So far I have made custard, Torta Caprese and a chicken pasta sauce of my own invention LOL.
Today I made the Vegetable Stock Concentrate from here and whilst bowl was still dirty made focaccia from the EDC however with wholemeal flour. Will top with homegrown herbs before baking.

Not sure. We haven't been shopping for over a week so am out of everything plus need to do up a new menu plan for this month.
Am normally a little more organised but trying to get kids stuff done, help husband with business / landscaping backyard plus decorate for Christmas. So menu planning went out the window.

Bet your Thermomix is loving it at your place Kylie - do you use it in your walk in pantry (my DD does) or is it living in the kitchen?
It sounds as if you have a busy life but you will slot the TMX into your daily routine eventually and won't look back. Happy cooking.

Was a little salty but lovely. Probably didn't need the extra on top. All learning experiences.
Making pea and prosciutto risotto to have with grilled chicken once I get home from the gym.
Judy - TMX is out on the bench on full display LOL.
