OK, as this thread is going to become a very long one, I will add a list of names on the first posting to make it easier for Amanda.  Once people have confirmed they will be attending, I'll update the list.  Are you going to be joining us Amanda or just organising it for us?

Already some of our well known members have indicated they cannot make it - of course this is always going to be the case but another time, another place girls

Just a very quick check.


I see the flight time from Perth to Adelaide is about 3 hours. Cairns to Adelaide about 3 hours 15. The fares about the same and not so expensive if we wait for a fare frenzy. 

From Sydney to Adelaide   only 2 hours and really cheap flights.

From Melbourne to Adelaide  only an hour and twenty minutes and as low as 50 bucks.

Brisbane to Adelaide. Only two hours forty  minutes and maybe 100 bucks.

Launceston to Adelaide  under 3 hours and $160

And I saw a 20 dollar fare on Tiger to Adelaide from Hobart.  And  two hours and thirty minutes flight time.

As I thought Adelaide seems to be almost the centre. The most anyone has to fly would be less than 3.5 hours  and airfares range from about $20 to $180 one way.

Anyone for points up their sleeves all the better.

All seems doable to me with at least 7 months planning.

I will actually be able to make this one yay.. Last time was a weee too far away lol  . Its only a weekend so im sure most could fit it in unless it coincides with dates elsewhere..
