The crio bru is no problem - I have to go to the Organic Market anyway. The lemon myrtle leaves I am not so sure. I dont think the leaves can be used to make ice-cream once they are dried. When dried and powdered they can be added to cakes, biscuits and slices, but I dont think it would work in the icecream anymore.I can certainly bring along a bag of fresh leaves which CC can take with her back to Sydney, and they would probably be dry by the time she had to go back to the UK. Worth a try!
