so sad, I could do August which is still in most calendars as being in the Low Season and this is why I had the retreat as being the last weekend in August to cut the cost and for the best weather to verge on spring. Sorry, ignore me, just going to try and not read this topic.... Maybe I will organise a later Itty Bitty Spring Thing  :D for those of us who missed out

Can someone put the date here so I don't have to scroll through all the pages? Busy this morning and only time for a little looky here.

I don't think it has been set in concrete yet MJ.  The weekend of 28th, 29th, 30th June is the only date in June mentioned and June is Amanda's favoured month.  As soon as things are decided I will add the important details to the first posting.

We could go for August, I'm just reluctant to leave it too late in my daughter's yr 12  year.

I would certainly love to join the fun and will definitely do so if the above dates are the chosen week end - middle of Qld school hols which is fantastic for moi  :D

OMG I have just popped back in to check the forum after a really hectic few days at work - and I cannot believe how far this thread has  progressed!

Amanda - what a superstar for putting up your hand to arrange accomodation and tours - with all your contacts and the recent resounding success of BlogFest, you are sure to do an amazing job!  Let me know if there is anything I can do to help .....

Not sure if I can come though - it will depend on the dates - I am supposed to be in France for a work conference in late June for a couple of weeks.   While I would be sad at missing out on the retreat, at least a couple of weeks in France wouldn't be too hard to take instead, even if it is for work!   8) 8)

Okay, well June is out for me. That's busy time on the farm. August would suit me better.

If I have dates soon I will apply for a few days LSL for August - education dept rules that we give 2 complete school term's notice for LSL (crap but that is the way the ball rolls. If I can have a possible date I can always cancel the leave if the date changes, sorry to be so demanding!!!

Withour fear or favour  I think Judy should set the date and let the chips fall where they may.
