It's all sounding great and I am sure they will have some bubbles in the bar to suit us all  :)

As you say Gert loads of great wines from all over Australia so we won't die of deprivation  ;D

Yes I intend staying at the hotel with the rest of you Gretchen - whether that be Thurs, Fri & Sat or just Fri & Sat remains to be seen.

If I remember correctly the hotel bar isn't particularly spacious. Not awful, but not sure if it will work for a large gathering. I might not be remembering that clearly though.

It really is a great hotel regardless of the bar. There is a pub less than 50m from the door so that might be useful for a big group.
