I spoke to my contact at the Crowne Plaza last week and she will be sending me a special link this coming week.
I'll post it up here for those of you who are staying at the Crowne. It will take you directly to their booking site with our special price.  As you book could you please post that you have done so here - and maybe Judy you could write "booked" next to their name on the master list - so we can keep track of who is definitely at the hotel.
The more of us there are, the more likely I will be able to get a good deal for a dinner out of them.

Just looked at flights Jen and Qantas have return fares from Perth on those dates for $338. I plan leaving thursday morning around 8.30 and possibly fly home sunday around 5 depending on what everyone else is doing that day. Don't think there will be anything cheaper.

Thanks  for the info MF still trying to decided if I will fly to Tassie first for a few days before hand. Depends how much time I can get off work. I was think of a late flight back Sunday.

No worries Jen. I just looked at flights as want to book when I book the hotel.  Qantas won't get any lower and plenty of available flight times.
Amy is planning on flying over for the 3 nights also. There is an earlier flight leaving at 6.30 but I am happy with the 8.30 one which will get us into the hotel for around 2pm Adelaide time. Will decide on return flight time once I know whether anyone else will be spending Sunday daytime in Adelaide or just going home.
