Fish or Chicken Season Crispy Coating (preservative free)

Made this tonight to coat some mini chicken fillets for our supper.Cooked them in the oven @ 180c fan forced for 15 minutes.

Used the last of my batch tonight. Love it.

Marinated chicken drumsticks overnight in buttermilk, coated with this, oven 200ff, absolutely delicious.

We had this on chicken fillets tonight.mi didn't have a few of the herbs so substituted the parsley & basil for sage and oregano. The flavour was still lovely.

Hally, did you use breast meat? What setting on the airfryer please

Yes breast, 200 4 mins turn, 200 5 mins turn.

Doing thicker ones for dinner 6 mins each side.

Not milk or egg, just seasoning & then spray oil
