Feta, macadamia and pear is nice. Just google it. It's a masterfoods recipe.

The Dinner Spinner quinoa one is rather good too

Doing a few, so that we can have them again sunday :)

Coleslaw using magic dressing by JD
Cous cous fron Cream Puff
Potato & Aspargus from Taste
Apple & fennel, if the fennel is ready by mj, have apples but no oears atm
Green greek style salad by Jamie Oliver
Made jalapeno pull apart tennina
Have cheese, etc to do cheese platter

Cookies n cream ice cream, white chcolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream
All made in freezer

I also have cookies n cream fudge I made the other day.

Another nice summer salad is lettuce, avocado, mango and cashew s with an orange dressing.

Just posted, then thought of this one too, always goes down well...


800 – 900 gm baby beets (tinned)
5 tomatoes wedged
2 spring onions sliced diagonally
2 T fresh parsley chopped

Dressing:
Couple shakes garlic salt
1 T sugar
Salt and pepper
50 mls olive oil
3 T balsamic vinegar

Heat baby beets in oven til hot and have a baked look ( I stick them in the oven when heating the other food)
add other ingredients to salad bowl - shake up the dressing in a jar or lidded container- add beetroot & dressing just before serving
 looks cool on a white platter.
