it taste good 2  i just hade some  with the fig honey jam that i bought when we went to the B/M,i must go back for the day and do more shopping  ;D

Uni there are heaps of fig & honey jams on the net - you could make it yourself if you have a supply of fresh figs.  I guess there is more than the jam that you would like to go back and look at though.

Uni when you leave it over night in the tin, if it hasn't got a lid do you just cover it with glad wrap or leave it?

Thanks uni, looking forward trying this out, as we just love fresh bread in the morning, and DH only likes the no fuss bread which this is  :) have tried to trick him with other recipes but there is just something about him and bread  ;D

Thank you so much uni, it turned out perfect, so will be doing this from now on, as it saves so much time, and the shower cap worked wonders didn't think of that so very happy  :D
