Is there a cookbook-aholics anonymous? 

I think im too far gone even for that lol.. I foresee a personal library for cookbooks in my future lol

. . and I'd second that psychic forecast as being very, very accurate!!  (can you have comparatives/superlatives for words like accurate??  )

Was just checking out prices of various books and a lot of you are probably aware of these sites, but for those who haven't seen them yet . . .

I was checking my abc shop yesterday to see if they had anymore of the books in ans saw Indira Naidoo's book. I'll go back next time and get it. Thanks for telling us about her blog too.

Know bookworld.. Collins books is still the cheapest online.. 14.95 plus postage comes to 21.95 i think.. I think i need to avoid the forum before dh either locks me up or divorces me lol

True plus he loves me and he did sign for better and worse lol.. Sometimes he pulls me past the book section or stores lol!! He never ever complained about buying the thx though haha

For all the stuff I buy, my DH has never once complained because he says that he benefits from all that I buy then make, so what's to complain about.    I love my husband!

My DH never worries with what I buy either. Often if I can't decide between 2 things he will say 'buy both'. I have tried to temper my buying since we retired though. I now think twice before I go ahead and buy. I love my DH too.

My dh is insanely logical.. He knows how many books i have and how many recipes are in them and i know i have alot more than most lol.. He says i will never in my life time cook all of the recipes in them and he is right but as much as he may complain now and then he has never actually said i couldnt buy it just suggested i dont or perhaps wait for one reason or another.. Basically plays on my better judgement and makes me think sometimes rather than buy on i pulse....im a bit of a shopoholic so i very much need someone like dh to reign me in now and then... We are a great balance most of the time 😁 😜

Our garage has sealed containers full of books as in my Hillary's house I had wall to wall shelving in the study and also in an upstairs room.
Only  have 3 large bookcases in this house and one small one  so lots more books stored in cupboards.
Thankfully kindle is helping resolve the book storage problem 
I still buy cookbooks and on kindle also but all other books only kindle.

I keep looking round the house where I could get DH to build me a lovely jarrah bookcase. But truly there is no where. Our theatre already has a wall of built in cupboards with doors on and that is full.  DD's lounge has bookcases in as well.
