Yes, will have the spare fridge going in the granny flat (small) and our fridge which is just a basic 400L fridge/freezer. The drinks will be in a tub on ice.

I'm sure you will be in total control with the help of your DH.  Guest will always help out if asked I find.

I can recommend My Petite Kitchen Cookbook by  Eleanor Ozich. I bought this a few months ago and this cookbook has the been the most used cookbook I have had for years.

Have made over a dozen of the recipes and love her flavour combinations. It is a recipe book of simple whole food recipes - recipes are gluten free, dairy free, suitable for vegetarians or vegans or a combination of these dietary needs. Also omnivore recipes.

Does anyone have the Marie Clare "kitchen" cookbook?
I think I may have given it to charity and have misplaced my favorite recipe from the book...I think it was onion relish...or maybe it was tomato relish. ... if someone has it and could share the recipe with me,  I'd be very grateful!  My hamburgers are not quite the same without it!

I'm pretty sure I had that book too at  some stage. I have a good recipe that I got off my nana about 30 years ago for tomato relish using 12 large tomatoes if you want it.
