No resolutions here. I did mine mid-year. Was sick of being overweight and not doing anything for me - so I decided to hire a personal trainer. I go twice a week, have lost 9kgs but more importantly went from a size 18 down to (I think) a 12. I refuse to buy any new clothes as we are going to Hawaii for NYE so will shop up big over there.
I plan to start cutting back on sugar, it was scary to realise how much of what I eat contains a good amount of sugar without me even giving it a second thought, like low fat yoghurt, tomato sauce and even flavoured rice crackers..... lucky I have TM to make all these things myself so I can control the ingredients

I have recently started sweetening things with date puree or honey.
.......the app food switch (scan the barcodes of packaged foods to get nutritional information, with traffic light-style colour-coded ratings for 4 key food components - total fat, saturated fat, sugar and salt) may help greatly with your NY resolution to cut back sugar.
