Bonsai, I was torn as have a miele oven & pizza stones.

I love it, received it wednesday & used it straight away & yesterday, cooking flatbreads are amazing :)

For the price.....

Ok you sold me!  I think the added benefits of flatbread and frittata is a winner. If I don't use it as much as I think I might it could go with DD when she moves out later this year 😢

By the way, I think mine needs to be a frittata/flatbread maker too  ;)

Not sure if this is the one you're after. Medusa.  I remember Hally saying that you had to roll the dough fairly thin so as to avoid the element.  If I remember where I saw it, I'll post the thread here . . . .

We don't really clean it just give it a scrape adds to the flavour

The instructions say that this is part of the "seasoning" process, sounds good enough to me :)
