I just cooked this from Devil Of a Cookbook. I reduced the fish down to 300g for two people, left the sauce as is and had heaps left over, and cooked 150g rice and also had heaps left over. I also added asparagus to the varoma with the fish as I love asparagus and fish. This meal is really yummy! My fussy partner also loved this even with the bok choy! Beautiful subtle coconut flavour with a real punch of lime! Definitley a staple in this house especially to get some more fish in the diet!
