Hye I'm new on your forum. I am from France. I have a thermomix TM31 since 2009. I love that kitchen appliance. I maintain a blog since 2010. You can have a look at :
http://thermominoux.over-blog.com/
Recipes since this month are in English and French. I'll also translate the site and links and older recipes but will take time. I'll be glad to have comments from you about these recipes. I think that I'll gain much to learn from users from another country. Thermomix is used worldwide and sharing experience would be great.
Hope to get feedback on facebook at thermominoux.cuisineauthermomix@facebook.com

Hello, welcome although I am only a newbie to the forum myself. I love your blog. I love that it's step by step photos. It'll be great when you can translate more recipes.
It is interesting to see the different country's food. Your pizzas look nothing like our pizza however I think being European yours are probably more authentic compared to the Australian versions. lol

Although I wasn't going to be doing any cooking today, I couldn't help myself when I went over to your blog Thermominoux. I did a version of your Zucchini (Courgettes) a la Carbonara and we will later have it over pasta for lunch. I used different chopping & cooking times to your recipe and added some garlic paste. Adding the parmesan with the cream does make the bowl a little harder to clean so I would add that with 1 minute to go next time. It tastes delicious!

Bonjour and welcome! I have just read your blog and love it. I haven't used my French since high school, so with a bit of help from the internet I've nearly translated your Invisible Apple Cake. What is c à c d'extrait and what is the size of a sachet of baking powder? Maybe others could do this to help you. Your recipes look fantastic - and so many.
