Have lots of fun cooking over the weekend. I don't want to look at the pictures of what you cook, It will just make me want one even more lol.  I hope things have settled down for you, and you can enjoy your weekend.

We'll be at my parents to surprise them on their return from a UK / Europe 8 week trip. The kids are hanging out to see them, they don't know it's a long weekend here so will not expect us to be at their house on Sunday. The Cooly rock and roll festival is on down the coast so we'll take the kids to see that. Old cars, lots of people dressed up and Rock n Roll music (ohhh and must not forget the best gelato ever !).

Wonder, have had a bit if a browse, the main thing I get from the book is its all about preparing the fod for the Tandor, they recommend marinating meat from 1-3 days.

Going to use a website recipe tomorrow until I am organised with marinades etc. just need to plan ahead :)

Most recipes for lamb ask for Hung Yogurt, thought it must be greek yoghurt & yes it is.

 :)

Tomorrow I am trying Tandori chicken recipe no.2 from website &
Ran Nawabi from the book

I wont be having enough marinating time but I am sure both will be really good :)

Will attempt Naan too.

 :) :)

Hally did they give you the recipes for the naan? We found the one with no milk and only the smallest amount of yeast which you leave overnight to be very authentic.

Yes wonder I have the naan recipe.

Sadly we have to postpone everything, its raining so we cant do the 4 hour burn & my dh mum has just been read her last rites by the priest, so looks like we are heading to Melbourne shortly.
