Ames which lasagna recipe do you use?

We all hate tofu.

The health  experts are now saying 5 serves of veg per day :)

Will look for mitchs recipes :)

I have lost my taste of veg book, must hunt ut down.

Cp eats most veg apart from spinach.

H :)

Hally, I use one from the Heathy Food Guide magazine. I haven't made it often but its the one I use if I am making vegetarian lasagne. I've never converted it for TM. Do you want me to PM it to you? :)

Health experts have always recommended 5 serve of vegetables per day ;)

Cottage Cheese Patties: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12291.0

You can also make my zucchini quiches without the bacon and just add more vegies. If you omit the bacon you just need to add a little bit of salt ;)

I have some vegetarian cookbooks I can have a look through if there's anything in particular you want? :)

Cp sounds like a good eater, and there are plenty of ways to hide spinach ;D

We do 3 vegetarian meals per week and sometimes more. No tofu here either.
Indian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Indonesian, Italian , Greek  loads of choices.
I usually omit the meat part of recipes and substitute with extra veg or beans, kidney, cannelloni, borlotti and chick peas.

Yes please Amy.

At school the notes from the healt dept come out as 2 fruit & 3 veg per day,

Today on sunrise they said it is now changing to 5 veg per day & red meat about 100g 4 x per week.

Will. E trying hard to do 2 veg meals per week. Winter much easier with soups.

Might make veg spring rolls & veg wontons in a veg broth :)

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Veg Everyday is a really good vegie cookbook.

Judy converted this recipe for Zucchini & Rice Pie from the book:

It's really tasty.

I have that book and have so many recipes tagged to make I need to get onto it.

Hally here are links to a couple of things I've made off the forum and liked. First
Second
Third
Fourth
Fifth

I think there are others of Judy's I have made too.

You can put anything in risottos and quiches, with pasta.

We find the 5 vegies not hard to achieve if you have salad for lunch and then more vegies with dinner. Except perhaps on Tuesdays when I have run out of fruit and vegies. I guess that is why my fruit /vegie bill is so high each week.

Soup every night Hally. Veggies hidden in scrolls for lunch, or in things like zucchini patties, Amy's quiches.

Soup is a great idea for an after school snack, especially in winter.
