I think they are to put around your wine glass so it doesn't get confused with someone else's glass

Yes, very thoughtful and generous person. .for wine glasses . Uni, I think you know exactly what they are.
Yesterday, I put 60 glasses through the dish washer, so these were very well timed. I was wondering how many I would need.
Many, many thanks to this kind person.

What a lovely gift. Thanks to whomever took the time to make these up and send them - they will be a tangible reminder to take home of a wonderful day. I wish I had half your talent at craftwork.

I am pretty sure I know who made them too
Well done, what a great idea, and what a thoughtful and kind gift!

If you're thinking it was me Karen, then you're wrong!
100% it wasn't me.
Would love to claim credit though, as they are so cute and such a thoughtful thing to do.
Thank you whoever did send them
(Maybe I'll need to steal the idea though, as I still have around a 1,000 beads left over from last Xmas)

No it isn't Katie, I can vouch she is telling the truth. Glad it's given you an idea on how to use up the rest of your beads Katie.

Oh dear - I was so sure it was Katie! She wrapped her Christmas presents so beautifully using those same beads
Many apologies to whoever it was then
