You have to photogrpah each page with the ipad camera & then sned them individually by email. I was  hoping I cold copy & paste from email but you cant.

It says to dollop the ricotta over the top but where is the ricotta in the ingredient list?  Looks nice.

Have found this recipe of Julie's in another book and it does have a 250g tub of ricotta listed. Hope this helps

Apparently iBooks have a free book every Friday here in Australia. I think the USA. One is a different day but we have to pay for them in Australia. I will keep looking.
Frozzie if you didn't find it go to iBooks and look along all the books until you see 'free' in the corner of the Julie Goodwin one. Tap it and you should be right.

Think I will have to buy an i something to get all these freebies.
I really wanted to get rid of as much technology as possible though, not keep up with it. I would get rid of my 5yr old nokia mobile that does nothing but DH won't let me - says it security for when I'm driving at night.  :-\
