Recipe Review: Chunky Mexican Beef Dip. MOTM page 19

Recipe Name: Chunky Mexican Beef Dip
Book Name: Meat on the Menu
Tweaking details: none
Score: (4/5)

I made this for a bbq a few weeks ago and I was very nice and tasty. A great winter warm dip.
It doesn't look or smell pleasant cooking it, but it comes together nice at the end.
I served mine with corn chips, but it would be great inside a cob loaf if you eat bread.

The recipe makes quiet a bit, so I had to freeze half of mine (without the cream cheese in it) for another party!

Thanks. I haven't made much from MOTM.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have made this. I found it runny, but very tasty.
