My favourite dessert is a steamed  pudding called "Urney Pudding".   This recipe was passed to my mother by her MIL.  Each of us kids took a copy of the recipe when we left home and so did my children.  I have made copies and put them in a recipe folder called "Family Favourites" that  I did for each of my 4 eldest grandchildren for Christmas last year.  A true family heirloom.

Desserts are my favourite! But today it is tenina's EVOO Lemon Tart.  I have made a lime variation and a lemon one today for a celebration lunch for my DD19th birthday tomorrow. And i have just licked the bowl.mmm

My favourite desert now is one I have just discovered this week Chelsea's Apple Berry Custard Crumble ... because I eat the left overs for breakfast and tell myself it is healthy! Well it is ... isn't it?!

I'm off to eat breakfast  :D

Can't decide between, panna cotta, creme brûlée or cheesecake. Oh and sticky date pudding what a dilemma?
i will keep it simple and choose a delicious creme brûlée  :D

My fav is/was Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding. My MIL gave me the recipe when I was first married. I no longer eat it because I don't eat sugar or flour  :(
